# Your tasks:
- Manage office administration (correspondence, scheduling, travel, supplies)
- Support accounting (bookkeeping, invoices, expenses, AP/AR)
- Handle HR administration (records, onboarding, payroll coordination)
- Expat support (Visa, residence/work permits, relocation support)
- Liaise with external partners (banks, legal, insurance, etc.)
# Your profile:
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, accounting support, or similar roles
- Basic understanding of accounting (e.g., bookkeeping, invoices, AP/AR)
- Experience with HR related topics such as labor law, employee/expat support
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel skills
- Business-level English and German (Japanese is a plus)
