We are seeking a friendly and organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our school office and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)
* Starting: Starting as soon as possible (flexible start date)
* Employment Type: Full-time
* Contract Type: 2 years
Responsibilities
* Support school systems and platforms, including Toddle, OpenApply, and parent portals
* Welcome visitors, parents, and staff, and provide general administrative support
* Manage student records, transcripts, and documentation
* Assist with attendance and front office processes
The ideal candidate
* Completed qualification in business administration, office management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
* Valid German work permit
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent English communication skills; German is an advantage
* Comfortable working independently with digital tools and platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
* Collaborative team player with a proactive, service-oriented mindset
