- Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings, video conferences, and conference calls
- Maintain and update electronic calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and alignment of appointments
- Receive, organize, and distribute daily mail; address issues and requests promptly within given authority
- Arrange domestic and international travel in collaboration with the Corporate Travel department
- Coordinate special activities such as VIP visits, award events, conferences, or office moves
- Execute research and data-analysis tasks; run reports, verify data accuracy, and contribute to departmental procedures and documentation; support special projects as needed
Qualifikation:
- Degree in business administration, office management, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in executive assistance, administrative support, or a related role in an international environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience coordinating travel and events, including interaction with senior stakeholders
