As part of the BMFTR-funded program AVIATOR (AdVanced clIniciAn scienTist prOgram), MHH is advertising positions for Advanced Clinician Scientists (each with 50% protected research time for up to 6 years).
AVIATOR is a structured career development program designed to support medical and dental specialists from all specialisations in human medicine or dentistry who combine clinical expertise with excellent translational research and aim to establish themselves in academic medicine.
The program targets ambitious [Advanced Clinician Scientists in the R3 career stage](https://www.mhh.de/fileadmin/mhh/ressort-forschung-lehre/Dekanat_Akademische_Karriereentwicklung/bilder/bildergalerie/DAK_BG_Karriere-Pipeline-R3.jpg) who combine clinical experience with strong scientific skills. Applications are open to board-examined specialists or attending physicians (Fach-/Oberärzt:innen, zahnmedizinische Spezialist:innen) holding a doctoral degree.
We enable you a collegial initial training and diverse training and development opportunities as well as an extensive health program for employees. In addition, we offer reliable family support and there is a day care center for children with emergency childcare. Furthermore, you will find the usual social benefits of the public service.
