- Very good methodological knowledge and practical experience in organizational development & agile transformation
- Excellent analytical skills, structured approach, and creativity in problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language (fluent German and negotiation-level English)
- Willingness to travel within Germany. Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten: - Support diverse client projects with (inter-)national top companies
- Advise in areas of organizational development and agile transformations
- Act as a sparring partner and impulse giver, supporting clients on a strategic and operational level
- Recommend and implement agile frameworks, methods, and practices
- Conduct maturity assessments to make agility visible and measurable
- Support clients from piloting agile approaches to scaling them
- Act as a specialist in team development
