• Identifying, managing, and mitigating risks and dependencies to safeguard successful project outcomes
• Overseeing epic prioritization, tracking progress, and measuring outcomes/delivery (KPIs) with a focus on delivering measurable business value
• Assembling and supporting cross-functional teams to drive efficient and successful project execution
• Promoting a culture of learning, accountability, and improvement by driving enhancements in the delivery process and embracing feedback.
