As an air freight expert (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the following tasks,
among others:
- Documentary processing of air freight shipments in both import and export
sectors
- Logistics and documentary handling of special cargo, including hazardous

- Responsibility for analyzing and preparing operational data on a routine
basis
- Primary point of contact for our customers
- Managing department-specific billing tasks

Ihr Profil:
What you should bring to the role:
- Completed vocational training (preferably in freight forwarding and logistics) and
ideally practical experience in logistics/air freight
- Knowledge of customs, aviation security and dangerous goods as well as
experience in the documentary handling of air freight shipments or airline handling
are an advantage
- Customer and solution-oriented way of working and a high level of service
orientation
- Commitment, initiative, ability to work in a team, resilience and stress resistance
- Good communication skills and enjoy working with people
- Willingness to work shifts (early/late/night)
- Very good knowledge of German and advanced English
among others:
