Im Zuge des DFG-geförderten Drittmittelprojekts German Human Genome-Phenome Archive ist am BioQuant zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt folgende Stelle am Lehrstuhl für Internationales Gesundheits- und Medizinrecht sowie Datenschutzrecht der Juristischen Fakultät (AG MedGov, Prof. Dr. iur. Fruzsina Molnár-Gábor) zu besetzen. Die Stelle ist zunächst befristet in Vollzeit für die Dauer eines Jahres und kann nach Rücksprache und beidseitigem Einvernehmen verlängert werden.

**Akademische\*r Mitarbeiter\*in (w/m/d)**

Als sichere nationale Omics-Dateninfrastruktur ermöglicht GHGA die Nutzung humaner Omics-Daten in der Forschung. Zugleich legen wir großen Wert auf Datensicherheit, um einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen zu gewährleisten. Durch die enge Verzahnung von Forschung und Gesundheitswesen treiben wir den medizinischen Fortschritt voran und eröffnen neue Möglichkeiten für Prävention, Diagnose und Therapie. Ziel des ethisch-rechtlichen Teilprojekts ist die Anschlussfähigkeit von GHGA im Sinne des EHDS voranzutreiben sowie GHGA mit nationalen und internationalen rechtlichen Anforderungen in Einklang zu bringen.

**Das Aufgabengebiet:  **

- Wissenschaftliche Projektarbeit im Bereich des nationalen, vergleichenden und europäischen Datenschutzrechts (Schwerpunkt: Öffentliches Recht, Gesundheitsdatenrecht)
- Wissenschaftliche Recherche
- Unterstützung der interdisziplinären Projektleitung
- Kommunikation mit Projektpartner\*innen
- Organisatorische Aufgaben
- Vorbereitung und Übernahme von Lehrveranstaltungen

**Voraussetzungen:**

- Erste juristische Prüfung oder LL.M
- Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit Experten aus der Informatik

- Gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift (weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil)
- Erfahrung in wissenschaftlicher Recherche und wissenschaftlicher Arbeit sind von Vorteil
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
- Selbstständiger und kreativer Arbeitsstil
- Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft

In the context of the DFG-funded project “German Human Genome-Phenome Archive” (GHGA) the BioQuant has immediate vacancies for the following position at the Chair of International Health and Medical Law and Data Protection Law (Prof. Dr. iur. Fruzsina Molnár-Gábor) at the Faculty of Law. This position is initially limited for a period of one year in full-time with potential option of an extension after mutual agreement.

**Research Assistant (f/m/d)**

As a secure national omics data infrastructure, GHGA enables the use of human omics data in research, while ensuring data security and preventing misuse. By bridging the gap between research and healthcare, GHGA drives the development of new therapies and diagnostics. The aim of the ethical-legal subproject is to promote the connectivity of GHGA with the European Health Data Space and to bring GHGA in line with other national and international legal requirements.

**Responsibilities: **

- Scientific project work in the field of national, comparative and European data protection law
- Scientific research (Focus: Public Law, Health Data Law)
- Support of the interdisciplinary project management
- Communication with project partners
- Organizational tasks
- Preparation and teaching of courses

**Requirements:**

- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Independent and creative working style
- Flexibility

The positions are divisible. Remuneration is based on TV-L.
