Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir eine motivierte Pflegefachkraft, die ihr Fachwissen mit viel Einfühlungsvermögen einsetzt.

**Was erwarten wir:**

- Du kümmerst dich einfühlsam und kompetent um die pflegerische sowie medizinische Betreuung und Grundpflege unserer Patient:innen
- Anhand der Medikamentenpläne stellst du die notwendige Medikation zusammen
- Du kümmerst dich um die Wundversorgung sowie das Wechseln der Verbände
- Du arbeitest im Schichtdienst und kümmerst dich um den regelmäßigen Austausch mit den Angehörigen sowie deren Schulung im Umgang mit Pflegebedürftigen
- Du stellst die Qualitätsstandards sicher und arbeitest beim kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess mit

**Was solltest du mitbringen?**

- Du bist im Besitz eines Führerscheins der Klasse B
