Design and implementation of testing strategies for R packages
Ensuring monitoring of pricing and geoservice applications
Experience with the following tools is an advantage: GitLab CI, Harbor, Nexus, and API management
Your Profile
Successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Statistics, Data Science, or a comparable qualification
Hands-on project experience in data science, data warehouse, or BI environments; experience with GitLab CI/CD and Docker is an advantage
Strong conceptual understanding of insurance-specific processes as well as solid knowledge of common data science methodologiesInitial experience with insurance lines of business and product knowledge within a data domain is a plus
Good knowledge of data modelling, data workflows, performance optimisation, and ETL processes; ideally in combination with cloud technologies and APIs
Strong technical mindset with above-average, hands-on experience in software development (in particular R, SQL, and Python)
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand complex topics
High quality and excellence standards in the delivery of projectsStrong communication and teamwork skills, combined with a high level of initiative, commitment, and entrepreneurial thinking
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
