Application Manager (m/w/d) for Ivalua / Procurement to start as soon
as possible. The position is part-time with 32 hours per week and is

have experience in purchasing and supplier relationship management ,

Change & Incident Management Prioritize and approve module-related
incidents and small enhancements Functionally accept fixes and
changes, ensuring they meet business requirements, the overall process
design, logic and governance principles Support root-cause analysis
and participate in problem management Act as the accountable or
responsible party for module-specific functional clarifications and
acceptance of changes Stakeholder Management & Communication Serve as
the main interface between Procurement, IT Application Owner, Support
Provider, and the software provider (Ivalua) Communicate process
changes, system updates, and new features to relevant user groups
Participate in governance meetings and escalation processes as
required Compliance & Data Quality Ensure data quality within the SRM
module by performing regular checks and supporting compliance with
internal and external requirements. Enforce governance rules Knowledge
& Training Maintain and update module-specific knowledge articles,
walkthrough guides, and training materials Collect and incorporate
user feedback to improve training and documentation Ensure that
process knowledge maintains up-to-date and act as first functional
escalation points for the Procurement Users Profile: A successfully
completed degree or vocational training with proven experience in a
toolbased Procurement and Supplier Relationship Management Work
experience in a comparable position in application management with
Ivalua or in purchasing with extensive use of Ivalua Understanding of
workflow logic, qualification & registration processes, and data
structures in SRM Extensive experience with Ivalua is essential Fluent
English language skills, German language skills are an advantage
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous
improvement Reliability, ability to work in a team even when working
