**To strengthen our team, we are looking for a talented in-house Application Specialist, to be based in our Hamburg office.**

As our new Application Specialist, you will be the main driver in installing software and ensuring integration into existing systems. This includes networks and virtual servers. You’ll be the in-house regional expert on software systems, responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining applications while providing technical support and training to users.

### Further, you will:

- Review and support customers' calibration and application requirements
- Update calibrations as needed and write calibration reports
- Implementation of user seminars
- Customer support (via hotline/remote)
- Provide performance support, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure high-quality calibration service
- Support of sales with application expertise

### Your profile:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, engineering, food science, agriculture, or a related discipline)
- Experience with analytical instruments
- Knowledge of statistics and statistics package software/Matlab
- Experience in chemometrics and use of modelling tools
- Experience in PC-related topics (SQL database, PC setup, network setup, virtual server)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
- Fluent English and German, written and spoken
- Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is desirable
