- In this role, you will oversee the creation, maintenance, and continuous optimization of the program portfolio within Global Indirect Procurement, ensuring accurate tracking of initiatives, savings, and milestones.
- A key focus lies in planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities required to achieve savings targets, while proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and deviations from plan.
- You will drive project and change management for strategic procurement initiatives, developing standardized methodologies, communication concepts, and performance metrics to support consistent execution across regions.
- Close collaboration with Procurement, Finance Business Partners, and functional stakeholders ensures alignment on progress, financial impact, and risk mitigation, while enabling informed decision-making.
- The role is complemented by comprehensive operational PMO support, including preparation of reports, dashboards, executive presentations, and facilitation of governance meetings at global level.

#### Functie-eisen

- You hold an bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a comparable field; relevant certifications such as Six Sigma, CPSM, or PMI are considered a strong advantage.
- You bring 8+ years of professional experience in Procurement or Finance, ideally within a global, matrix-driven environment managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including KPI tracking, financial modeling, and a solid understanding of cost structures and savings drivers, are essential for success in this role.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and lead change without direct authority.
- Very strong organizational and project management capabilities, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in an international context complete your profile.
- Fluent English skills in written and spoken communication are required, as all collaboration and documentation are conducted in English.

- You can expect an annual salary ranging between €90,000 and €105,000, reflecting the seniority and responsibility of the role.
