## What You Will Do
- Understand the end customer technical needs. Offer them a complete Molex solution including technical information, documentation, samples etc. Try to convert their need into a valuable opportunity and business.
- Support customers via inbound calls and emails for technical questions about Molex solutions.
- Actively follow up on exhibition and marketing leads and participate in marketing events (e.g. exhibitions and marketing campaigns).
- Work closely with the Sales Engineers to understand their role and support them (customer visits, meetings, etc.).
- Proactively work on campaigns and help to prospect new business and markets.
- Also conduct with other relevant colleagues and departments (marketing, product management etc) to grow your network and understand the Molex-world.
## Who You Are
- Good technical understanding and some basic knowledge in Electronics.
- Effective communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express ideas and exchange information.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and interest to explore and create new business opportunities.
- Able to think “outside of the box” and apply new digital sales-tactics (social media etc.).
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team and engage potential customers.
- Fluent communication skills in German and English.
## What Will Put You Ahead
- Degree in Engineering (Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Medical Engineering or similar) would be preferred.
