Über die Position
Werde Teil unseres Supply Chain Logistics Teams am Standort Hilden und unterstütze den weltweiten Versand unserer Produkte. In dieser Rolle trägst du aktiv dazu bei, unsere Logistikprozesse effizient und sicher zu gestalten – mit Fokus auf Qualität, Compliance und kontinuierliche Verbesserung.
Deine Aufgaben
* Verwaltung, Bearbeitung und Erfassung ausgehender Sendungen vom Standort Hilden an Kunden und QIAGEN-Standorte weltweit
* Erstellung und Prüfung von Gefahrgutdokumentationen für See-, Straßen- und Luftfrachtverkehr
* Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Logistikprozesse
* Unterstützung logistischer Themen in verschiedenen Projekten
* Analyse und Behebung von logistikbezogenen Problemen (QIAGEN-Lager Hilden, Transporte, Systeme etc.)
Dein Profil
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Speditions- und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Studium
* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, insbesondere im weltweiten Versand von Gütern
* Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
* Kenntnisse der relevanten SAP-Module wünschenswert
* Erfahrung im Gefahrguthandling und Dokumentation von Vorteil
