What you’ll do


As an Associate User Assistance Developer, you'll contribute to the development of the Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) and tools used to build business software with ABAP.


After a comprehensive onboarding, you will:


- Create and maintain user assistance artifacts, such as online documentation and user guides
- Work with state-of-the art authoring tools like DITA CMS
- Help our users to benefit from generative AI capabilities in our ABAP tooling—transforming how business applications are developed
- Tailor our product documentation and rollout material to our target audience of mainly ABAP developers

What you bring


You have a solid academic background with a degree in Technical Writing or a related technical field. We're looking for someone with:


- The ability to understand technical concepts and to elegantly express complex information in a clear and precise manner
- Practical experience with developing software in at least one programming language
- Fluent communication skills in both German and English

- A collaborative team player who enjoys working in cross-functional settings
- Quality-driven and passionate about delivering great value to customers
