**🧑🏽‍🔬Key Responsibilities: **

- Prepare fermentation media and buffers
- Prepare and execute fermentations in bioreactors
- Do analysis of fermentation broth samples (OD, HPLC, GC, microscopy)
- Support the team in lab operations (ordering, stock management)
- Document experimental data with our lab software
 
**🛠️Qualifications:** 
- Legal permit to work in Europe, fluent in English (German B2 bonus) 
- Completed training as a biological-technical laboratory assistant, biology laboratory technician, or similar 
- Practical experience in GLP (good laboratory practices), HPLC, GC, microscopy
- Good Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) 
- Willingness to deal with startup flexibility

- Analytik von Fermentationsproben (OD-Messung, HPLC, GC, Mikroskopie, etc.) 
- Unterstützung des Teams bei täglichen Laboraufgaben 
- Dokumentation von experimentellen Daten und Pflege des Laborinventars im digitalen Laborbuch 
 
**🛠️ Dein Profil: **
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Biologisch-technischen Assistenten (m/w/d) oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation 
- Praktische Erfahrung in mikrobieller / biotechnologischer Laborarbeit wünschenswert 
- Erfahrung mit HPLC und GC von Vorteil 
- Begeisterung, in einem interdisziplinären Team zu arbeiten 
- Freude an Organisation und Aufrechterhaltung eines Laborbetriebs 
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise 
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
