Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Brand Manager for our Therapeutic Area Inflammation, Oncology, Mental Health (IOMH), starting as soon as possible. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of strategic marketing, launch readiness, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead complex marketing workstreams, partner with key local and regional stakeholders, and manage external agencies to help us achieve our ambitious goal: improving outcomes for people living with Pulmonary Fibrosis.

Tasks & Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and implement brand-specific initiatives, scientific content, tools, and integrated marketing channels to build a first-class, sustainably profitable brand-aiming to become or remain the market leader
* Independently plan, execute, and monitor result-oriented projects and processes within your scope of responsibility, while managing and monitoring the brand budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets
* Foster close cross-functional collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and synergy
* Create and contribute to innovative, multi-channel campaigns and content tailored to diverse customer needs, in line with the brand vision and positioning
* Continuously adapt and evolve marketing materials to meet customer expectations, respond to changing market dynamics, and integrate digital touchpoints effectively into campaigns

Requirements

* Completed university degree in Natural Sciences, Economics, or Psychology
* Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in multinational companies, preferably with Pulmonology and/or Rheumatology expertise; sales experience would be an asset.
* Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with an efficient, results-oriented working style and openness to change
* Proven track record in product launches and launch readiness, combined with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Business fluency in English, both spoken and written; strong German language skills are a must

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 78.000 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
