- Analyze and understand business processes, needs, and challenges within the organization
- Gather, document, and prioritize business and system requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that drive process efficiency and business value
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other partners
- Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance of new or modified systems
- Support change management and adoption during the implementation of new solutions
- Develop and maintain process maps, models, and related documentation


- University degree in IT, Business Administration, Systems Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements management, or process improvement
- Strong understanding of service market business operations and technical systems
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is highly valued
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or process modeling standards (e.g., BPMN) is a plus

- Up to 80% working remotely as well as 20 days/year working from abroad in the EU
