**You’ll make an impact by**
- You develop the Medium Voltage Switchgear System Partnering in the region, ensuring solid and profitable growth. - You support the regional teams in defining and driving local strategies to expand the business. - You monitor partner performance and support accurate forecasting. - You develop and strengthen partnerships globally and handle the entire partner lifecycle - from acquisition through onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. - You steer escalation processes and approvals for contractual documents and bid decisions related to system partnering. - You act as a guide, partner, and mentor for Medium Voltage Switchgear System Partnering topics.
**Your defining qualities**
- You have several years of experience in Sales or Business Development. - You have a validated knowledge in energy distribution and medium voltage switchgear technology. - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. - Willingness to travel and proficiency in English complete your profile.
