identity. Lobster is scaling fast. As our go-to-market organization
grows, we need strong business partners who help Sales translate
strategy into predictable revenue. As a Business Partner in Revenue
Operations, you will work closely with Sales leadership and Account
Executives to ensure our teams operate with clarity, focus, and the
right insights to achieve their targets. This role combines analytics,
commercial instinct, and cross-functional collaboration. You will
challenge assumptions, surface opportunities, and help Sales teams
make better decisions with data. Ready to make an impact? Aufgaben As
a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will play a vital
role in driving sales excellence and data-driven decision-making
across the organization. You will act as a trusted partner to Sales
while maintaining the objectivity needed to ensure disciplined
forecasting, strong pipeline management, and clear GTM execution. This
role reports to the Head of Revenue Operations. Acting as a trusted
business partner to Sales leadership and Account Executives to drive
target achievement and growth. Analyzing pipeline health, conversion
rates, and sales velocity to translate complex datasets into clear,
actionable insights. Strengthening forecasting discipline and
challenging pipeline assumptions through structured, data-driven
analysis. Identifying performance gaps and success patterns in deal
execution to provide practical improvement measures for the Sales
team. Leveraging and scaling the GTM technology stack, specifically
HubSpot (including AI capabilities) and Tableau-based reporting.
Designing and managing the sales operating rhythm, including weekly
forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews
(QBRs). Supporting Sales teams in evaluating strategic opportunities,
deal risks, and prioritization to develop a strong deal instinct.
Serving as a cross-functional connector between Sales, Marketing,
Finance, and RevOps to ensure transparency and alignment in GTM
execution. Profil You bring several years of experience in Revenue
Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Consulting within
a B2B environment. You possess a strong analytical mindset with the
proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable
recommendations. You have a solid understanding of sales processes,
pipeline management, and structured forecasting discipline. You offer
practical experience with HubSpot CRM, including advanced reporting,
automation, and leveraging AI capabilities. You are proficient with
Tableau and have a keen interest in building and contributing to
scalable GTM reporting frameworks. You demonstrate a natural
commercial instinct and a deep curiosity about deal dynamics and how
strategic opportunities are won. You stay calm and structured in
complex situations, acting as a clear communicator who creates clarity
in the face of ambiguity. You are a goal-driven and proactive
collaborator who builds trust across teams while constructively
