# Business Process Manager (d/f/m) with focus on Master Data Governance & Management

We are currently looking for a **Business Process Manager** (d/f/m) to join our team "**Master Data Governance Processes and Performance**" in **Hamburg (City Nord)**.

# HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

- Act as a Process Owner Delegate (POD) for Satair’s Master Data & SAP Authorisation Management processes.
- Responsible for modelling, documenting, analysing, communicating & training on the Master Data Management process in Satair’s Company Management System (CMS)
- Responsible for process alignment, between Satair’s CMS & Airbus Business Management System(BMS) and respective documentation of interfaces and delegations
- Supporting and managing process transformation projects (e.g. MMIP, ERP MDM & MDG)
- Collaborating in process discovery and design workshops
- Establishing & controlling Process Performance Indicators (e.g. adherence, efficiency)
- Monitoring process performance & find opportunities to improve the process
- Identifying & incorporating requirements applicable to processes in scope and ensure compliance
- Validation of IT change requests affecting Master Data Management scope (creation, maintenance and use of Master Data)
- Creation and follow up of IT Change Requests
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications & validate developments via User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
- Working closely with Process Owner, other Delegates & orchestrate Specialists community sharing updates, issues & best practice

This role requires business travel (occasional) within Europe, and you must be able to travel accordingly.

# ABOUT YOU

Equipped with professional experience, ideally as a Business Process Manager (d/f/m) (or a comparable role), we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills, and mindset:

- Experience in business process modeling tools (e.g., Symbio, PLCM)
- Agile / Scrum knowledge and ways of working
- Knowledge of master data management & governance principles
- Technical skills in translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Proficiency in standard tools, such as SAP, Google Workspace mandatory for the job
- High Customer orientation and responsiveness
- Very good in building and managing business relationships
- Happy to work in a diverse team environment
- English language skills at negotiation level
