Your prospective job:
For our prestigious client Airbus Operations, at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you act as Cabin FAL Interface Front Office (m/f/d) and will be part of the Procurement organization to manage all issues related to deliveries of BFE and SFE (Buyer Furnished Equipment and Seller Furnished Equipment).

Your responsibilities:

- Ensuring availability for cabin furnishing in close collaboration with FAL (Final Assembly Line) and ADC (Airbus Delivery Center)
- Mitigating risks, implementing corrective actions and driving recovery plans to allow a reliable Airbus planning and to avoid disturbance of the industrial process
- Joining operational meetings regularly to provide full transparency through reports and key performance indicators
- Managing all cabin outstanding work activities with the local on-site support teams whereas blocking items need to be escalated to the respective supplier homebase (with support of the Procurement Cabin FAL Interface Supply Management and Supply Chain Quality teams)
- Identifying systematic issues and trigger containment and eradication actions
- Being the focal point for BFE and SFE supplier management according to valid procedures and ensuring process adherence of our suppliers to support customer satisfaction in terms of cabin


Your profile:

- Completed Studies in business economics, supply chain / logistics or comparable
- Professional experience in aircraft manufacturing, supplier management, Line Side Support and Supply Chain / Logistics
- Experience in the field of cabin or interior design
- Experience in using SAP and Google Workspace
- High proficiency in German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to work shifts (2-shift system, every 15 weeks there is a shift change from 12:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.)
