Cabin Interior Designer (d/m/w) AIRBUS

Your Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the entire design process from concept to industrialization, including briefing, design development, CMF innovation (Colors, Materials Finishes), specification and tendering phases
- Define, monitor and ensure achievement of project milestones
- Manage and follow up on customer-specific interior design projects in close cooperation with airlines worldwide
- Maintain daily interaction with customers within a multicultural project team
- Identify, monitor and translate key and emerging trends relevant to Airbus and airline brand strategies
- Create and maintain trend presentations, mood boards and product storytelling assets
- Build and expand material and supplier knowledge to guide customers towards approved, qualified and industrially efficient solutions
- Develop and promote CMF concepts, including lighting solutions, across the Airbus cabin product portfolio
- Support and contribute to aircraft mock-up activities by providing design concepts and guidance
- Translate airline brand identities into holistic cabin interior design concepts
Your Qualification:
- Bachelorrsquo;s degree or higher in Interior Design, Industrial / Product Design, Textile Design, Architecture or Graphic Design
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Interior Design / Cabin or Automotive / Transportation Design
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer-facing design projects, Project management
- Mandatory experience in CMF desig and Brand design
- Strong visual storytelling skills for design concepts
- Advanced knowledge of creative tools such as Adobe Illustrator Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud, Blender or comparable tools
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus
- Clothing / fashion design experience is a strong plus
This position is a temporary employment assignment in the aerospace industry and is compensated with equal pay. It provides planning security as well as the opportunity for permanent placement with the client.
