This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day functions within the Operations department by serving and processing all Air Canada Cargo customers for Export and Import Cargo. This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day functions within the Operations department by serving and processing all Air Canada Cargo customers for Export and Import Cargo. The role includes liaising with Air Canada Cargo Agents, Warehouse, booking department CCIS, internal Sales, Headquarters, CNC and external third parties on offline stations.
The role is additionally responsible for ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements for Air Canada Customers of In- and Outbound Cargo.
**Qualifications**
- 2 Years previous internal/external customer service experience
- A good knowledge of cargo processes and procedures
- Very good leadership and communication skills
- Experience of Microsoft Office suite would be an advantage
- Previous experience with CMS and Smartload is an asset
**Conditions of Employment:**
Candidates must be eligible to work in the country of interest at the time any offer of employment is made and are responsible for obtaining any required work permits, visas, or other authorizations necessary for employment. Prior to their start date, candidates will also need to provide proof of their eligibility to work in the country of interest.
**Linguistic Requirements**
Bilingual (English and German)
