You are acting as a Category Buyer for Regional Operations (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your profile:
- Execution and support of sourcing projects (Call For Tender) for various products and services at national level but across division and sites
- Occupational health
- Employees transportation
- Printing services
- Local airport services
- National security
- Capex projects (industrial maintenance, machinery, tooling & transport jigs, production consumable and equipment)
- Coordination of the multifunctional teams during the tenders undertaken
- Risk management
- Contract negotiation, drafting, and contract management
- Ensuring that deliverables meet the contractual terms (cost, time, quality, etc.) Development and maintenance of an efficient supply chain that contributes to the delivery of goods and services in accordance with Airbus requirements and business objectives
- Adherence to and application of the procurement strategies defined by the commodities and multifunctional teams (MFTs)
- MFT and commodity alignment / exchange of strategically relevant input for strategy definition and development
- Ensuring successful results Initiatives contributing to Airbus cost-saving programs (demand management, harmonization/standardization, and consolidation of requirements)
- Collaboration on projects within the PJL procurement scope with a national and transnational focus
Your profile:
- Completed technical studies in business administration, supply chain/logistics or comparable
- Work experience in purchasing, supplier and project management
- Confident handling of SAP, Click'n Buy, and Google Workspace
- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
