### **Your Role**
- Strategic Oversight: Own logistics setup and routes in the DACH region, focusing on cost optimization, service level enhancement, and long-term partner relationships.
- Performance Excellence: Achieve top-tier logistics metrics (ETA, SLA, NPS), ensuring seamless operations.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement processes to improve efficiency, financial performance, and customer experience with logistics partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish tools and dashboards for tracking operational performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Product, Tech) and DACH UpCenter teams to ensure smooth logistics operations across regions.
- Logistics Focus: Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction across logistics channels.
### **Your Qualifications**
- Strong academic background (degree in business, operations, or a related field).
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Consulting, or Finance, preferably within logistics or e-commerce.
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze and optimize processes.
- Superior problem-solving skills with an ability to address complex operational challenges.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Attention to detail and an obsession for operational excellence.
- Strong leadership with the readiness to own a large and complex operational scope.
