Commercial Procurement Manager (all genders)

As a **Commercial Procurement Manager (all genders)**, you will have the unique opportunity to design and execute highly strategic initiatives that shape the future of our business. You’ll work with an international team of procurement professionals across the globe, collaborating closely with key stakeholders in Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health, and Crop Science divisions. **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**


- Lead and manage procurement projects, delivering results on time and within budget
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that create competitive advantage
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand priorities and co-create solutions
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-efficient, high-quality outcomes
- Help building strategic alliances with strategic partners across divisions and functions
- Monitor supplier performance and proactively manage risks
- Provide market intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in procurement processes
- Collaborate with other functions and procurement areas to maximize impact


### **WHO YOU ARE**


- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in procurement and contract negotiation, with strong project management skills
- Experience in Marketing & Sales categories is required
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health, or Crop Science industry is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, and a collaborative, accountable, and continuously learning approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business value
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
