- You provide commercial support to our regional businesses by developing and executing global financial & sales strategies, acting as a primary contact for commercial topics at headquarters - Building on this, you lead monthly business review meetings, including forecasting and annual budget planning, to ensure sales controlling aligns with overall business strategy and target achievement - Furthermore, you support the administration of the Limit-of-Authority Process together with your technical partner, ensuring high-quality content for timely and transparent decision making across all stages of the sales process - In addition, you challenge regional pricing strategies through Special Price Requests, safeguarding targeted margin quality and ensuring overall transparency - Finally, you drive commercial project management governance by implementing PM@Siemens principles and SolNG in regional businesses, supporting complex offer structuring and negotiation with global key accounts while continuously optimizing finance-related processes

- **Education:** You have a Master's degree with several years of professional experience or a Bachelor's degree with extensive professional experience in accounting, business administration, or a related field - **Experience & Skills**- Profound expertise in project management, sales, and/or controlling, with a strong understanding of IFRS and internal business processes - In-depth knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, business intelligence tools, and openness for new digital developments such as Artificial Intelligence - Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex problems and translate data into actionable insights
