Your Tasks

* Collaborate with first-line functions and IT on data quality, process improvements, system requirements, and testing
* Support reviews, assessments, and the creation of presentations, guidance materials, and training content
Your Background
* Professional experience or strong interest in markets/compliance topics (MiFID/MAR/WAG) or related control areas
* Professional background in compliance, capital markets, law, audit, or other regulatory environments; solid understanding of capital markets products
* Strong interest in compliance-related IT and systems (workflows, tools, data quality, testing, documentation)
* Reliable, structured, accurate, and solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills
* English skills according to the requirements and basic German; comfortable working with international teams across Austria and CEE
