Your role at RBI:
* Analyze regulatory requirements on investor protection and market conduct and develop comprehensive implementation approaches with an end-to-end view to ensure regulatory compliance
* Provide practical guidance to business units on applicable RBI policies and regulatory requirements on investor protection and market conduct
* Support assessments of compliance risks and reporting to senior management and regulators
* Support the development and delivery of compliance training programs
* Design, develop and review compliance processes in line with evolving market standards, integrating them into Compliance IT systems using the latest technologies
Your core competencies:
* University degree in law, economics, or a comparable subject, or professional experience in the financial industry
* Prior experience in compliance, consultancy or with a financial market regulator is highly valued
* Interest in financial markets and a good understanding of financial instruments
* Interest in and experience with data analytics, in particular proficiency in designing PowerBI reports, of advantage
* Proficiency in MS applications (Excel, Power Point, Word) and PowerAutomate experience of advantage
* Collaborative, flexible, and resilient team player with excellent problem-solving skills
* Excellent German and English skills; knowledge of CEE/SEE languages is an advantage
