Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement technology roadmaps to achieve maturity gates demonstrating industrial performance and pre-industrialisation readiness
- Protect Airbus intellectual property (IP) in all technology developments
- Trade and develop innovative composite solutions for high-rate manufacturing of fuselage components
- Support composite technology development including automation and inspection techniques
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Design, Stress, Quality, and Simulation Engineers to develop end-to-end industrial solutions
- Cooperate with external partners, technological centers, and suppliers on new developments
- Conduct risk assessments within projects
- Prepare reports and presentations demonstrating technology maturity

Requirements

- Masterrsquo;s or Diploma in Engineering or Technical Science
- Minimum 2 yearsrsquo; experience in RD, Manufacturing Engineering, Material Testing, or Composite Materials
- Knowledge of project management
- Basic knowledge of Composite Quality requirements, including manufacturing specifications, processes, and standards
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and transnational environment
- Creative, open mindset with willingness to explore and learn
- Strong team player
- fluent english language skills
- Willingness to travel is desirable
