**You'll make an impact by**

- **Cross‑Functional Collaboration:** You support cross-functional teams by collaborating with consultants, domain experts, and clients to lay the groundwork for AI transformation in industrial environments
- **AI Application Development: **Building on this, you help design and develop scalable AI applications in areas such as Predictive Maintenance, Visual Quality Inspection, and Industrial IoT analytics, leveraging your hands-on experience with operational data
- **Data & Modeling Support: **You translate complex business and operational challenges into technical solutions by developing advanced AI models for large-scale industrial data analysis
- **Architecture & Deployment Assistance:**To ensure reliability and scalability, you contribute to the architecture and deployment of AI software components within integrated OT/IT environments
- **Presentation & Innovation: **Finally, you communicate your results effectively to stakeholders of all levels and stay up to date with the latest trends in Industrial AI, supporting innovation throughout the project lifecycle

**This is how you'll win us over**

- **Educational Background:** At least four completed semesters of Bachelor studies with excellent academic results or currently pursuing a second academic qualification (Master’s/Ph.D.)
- **Practical Experience:** Minimum of one internship at a management consultancy, renowned industrial company, tech company, or a start-up with a focus on consulting with data science, data engineering and cloud architecture, software engineering, industrial AI, or a related field.
- **AI&NT Knowledge:** Basic understanding of AI, data analysis, or machine learning, ideally gained through university courses, personal projects, or first practical experience.
- **General Consulting Skills:** Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial approach.
- **International Experience:** Exposure to international environments during your studies or previous internships.
- **Language:** Fluent in German (min. C1) and English (min. C1)
- **Team Spirit:** High levels of social competence, passion and a team-oriented approach.
