Your Mission
* Develop and operate a robust 360° communication measurement and insight system to steer external communication across reputation, share of voice and agenda setting indexes
* Design and implement a cross-channel KPI and measurement framework, including KPI definitions, data logic, and reporting standards; define and track metrics/KPIs for steering and reporting (incl. dashboards).
* Coordinate and produce high quality reports (e.g., weekly/monthly) and ad-hoc deep dives, summarizing key insights for senior stakeholders and decision-making needs
* Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations to enable derivation of measures for channel owners and content teams and continuously optimize impact
* Select and operate the required (IT) tools for monitoring, analysis and evaluation, and support tooling/infrastructure implementation in cooperation with internal IT teams and external vendors
Your Profile
* Several years of experience in analytics/measurement in external, internal and digital communication
* Understanding of generative AI behaviour and content quality requirements
* Ability to present complex analyses in simple, non¿technical language
* Strong skills in data interpretation and translating insights into strategic recommendations
* Degree in Media, Communication or Data Analysis is an advantage
* Proven experience with KPI frameworks, dashboards and analytics/monitoring tools (e.g. Adverity, Power BI, social media tools)
* Fluent in German and English, CEE languages are a plus
* Experience supporting software/tooling implementations
