## Job Description
This position is responsible for ensuring the availability and continuity of the Continental Cooperation Portal. The Continental Cooperation Portal is a platform used for multi-party software development and Integration.
- Serve the Product Owner & Project Manager by ensuring common understanding within the team on the project’s goals
- Assist in creating Epic’s stories and tasks as well as maintaining the Project Backlog
- Host the Agile ceremonies for the project.
- Coaching the team in self-organization for tasks and issues
- Providing regular reports on project progress
## Qualifications
- Academic degree in information technology (Master) or comparable qualification
- Long Term professional experience in information technology or comparable
- Experience in leading a Scrum team or as a Scrum master in a large project
- Safe Agile experience
- Certification as a Scrum Master
- Experience in using Jira, Confluence, and other tools necessary for Agile project management
- MS- Windows, Linux, Microsoft Office
- Excellent English and Basic German written and spoken (optional: Korean, Japanese, Chinese)
- Good communication skills, experience in writing documentation for different purposes
