• You own and continuously develop the internal reporting and steering framework across finance, operations and performance
• You develop a group-wide controlling perspective across multiple brands, countries and operating units
• You design, maintain and continuously improve KPIs and management dashboards, leveraging ERP systems and BI tools, particularly Power BI
• You prepare and analyse management reports, including P&L, working capital and liquidity
• You drive the automation and standardisation of controlling, reporting and planning processes
• You support and track key transformation and optimisation initiatives from a financial perspective, acting as a sparring partner to the management team on financial and business-related topics
• You support in group-wide reporting directly to the shareholder and help to further develop the consolidation tool Lucanet
• You have a degree in business administration, economics, finance, controlling or a comparable field
• You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in controlling
• You have a background in management consulting, which is a plus, and experience in investor-backed or performance-driven environments is desirable
• You possess strong analytical and reporting capabilities and solid experience in liquidity management and cash flow / working capital analysis
• You have very good knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI, which is mandatory, and experience in building or further developing controlling and reporting structures
• You have a highly analytical, structured and solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen and ownership mentality
• You demonstrate a high level of independence and responsibility in a single-controller role
• You have the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and target-group oriented, with a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for change and transformation
• You exhibit a confident communication style when interacting with management and central functions
