There's software.
There's control logic.
There's precision.
As a Controls Software Engineer / Function Designer, you will be a core part of our Engineering team as we build the next generation of race cars. You won't just write code - you'll help redefine what's possible in motorsport performance.
Motorsport is fast - so is the software development. You define the next generation of race cars which rely more on software than ever before. From the first blueprint of a new feature to hands-on testing at the race track, you ensure high quality and fast iterations with continuously changing requirements.

Your work will directly influence how race cars perform, how teams make split-second decisions, and how PACETEQ delivers cutting-edge solutions to the world's most demanding motorsport series.
If you're passionate about innovation with real-world impact, and excited by the intersection of technology and high-performance environments - this is your opportunity to own outcomes, move fast, and thrive when the stakes are high, by turning control algorithms from concept to checkered flag.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING • Drive innovation by designing software functions based on customer requests and own ideas - redefining what's possible in motorsport

• Attend regular alignment meetings with the customer to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery
• Support during official race events on-site and off-site - operating with speed and precision when the stakes are high
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including drivers, engineers and hardware specialists
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
WHAT YOU BRING • 3+ Years Experience in software development using Matlab/Simulink
• Experience in vehicle dynamics and combustion engine vehicles
• The strong will to be victorious in a very competitive environment
• High degree of problem solving and self-management capabilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills - able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance team
• Willingness to travel and weekend work (if required due to the test/race schedule)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
