Your Role


Are you interested to apply your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring the safety and security of our top clients? As part of our Corporate Security Team and as a proven expert, you will be part of the Executive Protection Team with a focus on ensuring the safety and security of our key clients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to risk assessments, development and implementation of a corresponding governance framework, as well as planning, coordination and management of security resources for executive protection operations, which you will also carry out independently.


In this role as Corporate Security Expert, you will be part of a team that supports Top Executives and relevant stakeholders in all aspects of personal, property and event security. There you will work closely with internal staff and a network of external service providers to help facilitate personal safety and security.


We are looking for a customer and service-oriented individual that is diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, works very well both independently and in a team. You have demonstrated excellent judgment and decision-making skill. Politeness combined with assertiveness are also skills you bring into the role. The role involves strong operational, but also strategic, administrational and interpersonal skills.


National and international travel might be required.


Who you are:


- Graduate degree or similar that provides knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts within the discipline of Security on corporate level.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in executive protection and event security fields.
- Thereof 3+ years of security-related experience in private/industry enterprise
- Law enforcement or military experience are gladly seen but not mandatory
- Proven track record in people and event security protection strategies, tactics, and technology.
- Proven track record in providing close protection and other security-related support for the clients during domestic or international missions.
- Proven comprehensive analytical skills, as well as the ability to develop, implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols for people and event security.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing executive protection and event security domestically and internationally.
- Ability to co-drive target-group oriented security training and awareness programs to promote a security-conscious culture.
- Demonstrated inter-cultural and operational security experience and ability to work and collaborate effectively in a matrix environment with a multinational team.
- Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills, as well as ability to maintain composure under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations.
- Knowledge of and active interest in global geopolitical and security developments and keeping up to date with the latest security threats, technologies, and best practices.
- Driver's license is mandatory; additional qualifications, such as First Aid qualifications are desirable.
- High-level of service-oriented behavior and high-time flexibility and readiness for action must be present (shift model)
- Resident near to Darmstadt, willing to move or to implement a second resident near to Darmstadt is mandatory.
- Fluent in German and English; additional language skills an advantage


- Established range of professional contacts, good network to governmental and non-governmental agencies, security associations and security departments of globally operating companies beneficial.
