* Creation of a complete problem report
* Creation of spare parts or repair orders from a problem report
* Creation of invoices
* Creation of return slips and credit notes
* Financial settlement of complaint processes
Others
* Support with inventory
* Training of trainees in this area
* Information & communication with the sales department
Your skills:
With this knowledge you will strengthen our team.
* Training in commercial or engineering ideally as an industrial clerk or bachelor or master’s degree Commercial / Technical education
* First professional experience in Customer Quality
* Training and further education in the field of complaint management
* Customer oriented strong communication skills desirable
* Experience in Project Management
* Good IT skills (MS Office, e.g. Excel, ERP system)
* Good language skills in English and German, spoken and written
