We are looking for a Creative Operations Manager (m/f/d) to support our team in Berlin.
**Mission:**
- You manage and optimize creative operations for our in-house creative agency, ensuring efficient workflows, reliable planning and seamless collaboration across teams and markets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage demand intake and briefing quality for all creative projects
- Plan, track and control timelines, budgets and resources
- Coordinate internal creatives, freelancers and agencies
- Design, implement and optimize workflows and tools
- Maintain and improve digital asset management structures
- Manage vendors, contracts and invoices
- Ensure brand consistency and quality standards
**Profile:**
- 3–5 years (Senior: 5–7 years) relevant experience especially in agency background
- Strong process and project management skills
- Understanding of creative production environments
- Clear, structured communication style
- Fluent German and English
- Experience with PM/DAM tools (AirTable advantageous)
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
