- Excellent communication skills
- Near Native level of Slovenian
- , both written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge of English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work both on your own and within a team
- High school education
**Benefits:**
- Full-time role with working hours: Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
