digital campaigns for the MINI brand across Europe. Aufgaben Design
and execute international digital campaigns along the full customer
journey for MINI Europe Provide hands-on operational consulting and
guidance to local markets Manage and steer media and creative agencies
to deliver outstanding campaign results proved by KPI Collaborate
closely with cross-functional teams (Digital Hub, Campaign Management,
Artwork, Product Management, Events, and local markets) Monitor,
analyze, and report on campaign performance to continuously optimize
impact Profil A degree in Business Administration or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specialized in
Customer Journey (mandatory) A strong interest in emerging digital
marketing trends and innovations as well as data driven marketing,
impact analysis Solid project management skills with a structured and
proactive mindset Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
