Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer customer material orders end-to-end, including order receipt, processing, monitoring, escalation, delivery follow-up, and claim handling for airlines, MROs, brokers, and other customers.
- Coordinate and facilitate material dispatch from global resources such as warehouses, suppliers, and vendors.
- Source materials through Satair procurement and external business partners, ensuring continuous monitoring and proactive escalation to secure timely availability.
- Develop solutions and make operational decisions to ensure on-time delivery and meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Clarify spare partsndash;related technical queries by using technical documentation and coordinating with technical and engineering departments as required.
- Provide consistently high-quality, timely responses to customer requests regarding materials and related services to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Organize and conduct regular account meetings with customers and internal stakeholders, including Satair Account Directors, Airbus Customer Support Directors, and Field Service Representatives, to ensure transparency and maintain a comprehensive overview of customer activities.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business administration or Logistics
- About 2 years experience in Disposition, Customer Service or Logistics
- Basic Projectmanagement knowledge
- Fluent English
- Very good knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
- English CV required
