Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) – Hamburg

What you'll do
• Onboard new customers and set up their first engagements
• Train users on scoping, document upload and deck review
• Be the main contact for customer questions and feedback
• Track usage and help customers expand to more teams
• Bring customer feedback to the product team

What you bring
• 2+ years in customer success, account management or consulting
• Comfortable explaining software to senior business users
• Understanding of strategy or consulting work is a plus
• Organised and proactive
• Fluent German and English
