Y**ou’ll make an impact by**
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources for cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with organizational security strategies.- Lead cybersecurity projects, managing resources, tasks, issues, and risks to ensure successful project execution.- Identify opportunities for process improvements, incorporating lessons learned from past projects and staying informed about emerging cybersecurity trends- Collaborate closely with DI business units and functions as well as central functions like corporate Cybersecurity and IT to support the implementation of cybersecurity projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and organizational policies.- Facilitate cross-organizational meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.- Pursue ongoing professional development in technical and organizational competencies to ensure effective improvements of the overall cybersecurity posture.- Building and maintaining a strong internal network of experts in relevant domains fostering cross-organizational collaboration throughout Siemens.


**This is how you'll win us over**
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related fields, combined with proven experience of driving cybersecurity initiatives across IT/OT environments while collaborating with international, cross-functional teams.- Long-term years of practical experience in project management, preferably within cybersecurity.- Good understanding of project management methodologies and tools as well as internal cybersecurity frameworks and processes.- Demonstrated experience to automate manual workflows through scripting.- Excellent ownership, communication, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
