servers and hardware components in data center racks (rack & stack
activities) Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues related to
servers, networking equipment, and infrastructure components Manage
and resolve support tickets while meeting defined service level
agreements (SLAs) Perform scheduled maintenance activities and support
infrastructure changes within the data center Monitor data center
infrastructure to ensure operational stability and system availability
Coordinate and supervise external vendors, hardware suppliers, and
service partners working on-site Maintain documentation, inventory
records, and shift handover reports for operational transparency
Respond to incidents and operational issues, including participation
in on-call rotations and shift coverage YOUR QUALIFICATIONS High
school diploma or equivalent and technical degree or certifications in
IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields Basic
knowledge of computer hardware, server components, and networking
equipment Previous experience in IT support, technical operations, or
data center environments is an advantage Experience working with
ticketing systems and managing technical support requests Basic
understanding of operating systems such as Linux or Windows Strong
teamwork and communication skills in a technical environment High
level of responsibility, discipline, and adherence to safety
procedures Physical capability to handle equipment (up to approx. 20
kg) and work in rack environments BENEFITS Working time account with
