It is the design managers responsibility to ensure the right level of
bidding and pricing of new opportunities ensuring they are delivered
as sold fees and margins. Thus, implying Project Management
capabilities. Tasks Design Management in a high paced project
environment in the German market Covering multidisciplinary cross
regional teams of CSA & MEP Assisting bids commercially and
technically for multi-disciplinary opportunities with key clients
Ensuring all internal as well as local regulatory governance is
followed: both at bid stage and throughout the delivery of projects
Profile Senior Multidisciplinary Design Manager (MEP / Architectural
Background) DC Experience in accountable DM position Proficient in
contractual German and English Ability to manage a busy workload and
deadlines Excellent communication skills are essential We offer You
