About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive to support our day-to-day back‑office and documentation operations. The role involves entering, updating, checking, and maintaining company data accurately while following established processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update information in company databases and internal systems.

• Verify data for accuracy and identify missing or incorrect information.

• Maintain digital records, documents, spreadsheets, and reports.

• Perform basic data sorting, filtering, and formatting in MS Excel.

• Coordinate with internal teams whenever clarification is required.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

• Complete assigned data‑processing tasks within defined timelines.

• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.

Requirements

• Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.

• Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Basic computer and internet knowledge.

• Good attention to detail.

• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency.

• Basic English communication skills.
