Your Responsibilities

* Drive innovation by introducing best practices for scalability, performance and automation
* Act as a technical advisor for HR data architecture and integration strategies
Your Profile
* Proficiency in Databricks, with strong skills in Python and PySpark for data engineering
* Knowledge of data modeling and ETL/ELT processes
* Experience with cloud platforms
* Familiarity with HR data domains or willingness to learn quickly
* Understanding of data governance, security and compliance
* Experience with DataOps/MLOps, machine learning pipelines and BI integration is welcomed
* Communication skills (in English) according to the high requirements with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights

* The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 44.860,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
