Bridging the Gap Between Science and Data: Shape the Future of LC/MS
Analysis With Us!
In this versatile role, you will connect the dots between practical
laboratory work and modern software development. Serving as a key
liaison, you will drive collaboration with external software
developers, advance innovative data science projects, and optimize our
LC/MS systems through targeted experiments. If you are passionate
about natural sciences, data analysis, and cross-functional,
international collaboration, we want you on our team!
- Drive meetings with external Software developers to ensure the
development of new software tools according to the planned goals
- Utilize in-house software and data science methodologies for data
analysis.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute work packages within your area of
responsibility, including reporting and escalating topics or issues to
the team
- Exchange with experts of different disciplines, departments and
countries
- Planning, execution and evaluation of experiments of LC/MS systems
Must Have:
- A bachelor’s or master degree in natural sciences, medical
engineering, bioinformatics or a related field
- Knowledge of professional software for data science with one or more
programming languages (e.g. Python, R)
- Lab experience
- Excellent spoken and written command of English (German is
advantageous)
Nice to Have:
- Prior knowledge in LC/MS and LC/MS troubleshooting is a plus
- Prior knowledge in software development processes is a plus
- Attractive salary and long-term job security through affiliation
with the Group
- Up to 30 days vacation per year
- Contribution to company pension scheme after end of probationary
period
- Extensive social benefits, including Christmas and vacation bonuses
- Compensation for travel expenses
- Usually a permanent employment contract
